Hawaiian mahimahi caught by the day boats is the only Troll caught Mahimahi available in the world. Troll caught Mahi is fantastically fresh. The meat is clear and sashimi tuna-like in texture. These super fresh caught fish have a clean buttery ocean like taste and beautiful aroma when cooked. Troll mahi is also great when served in a raw form such as sashimi or tartar.
