Jason R Smith - Owner/Meat Cutter

Born in Phoenix Arizona in 1968.

After graduating high school in 1986 Jason went to work for Osten Foods®.  Excel Corporation® bought them out around 1990. He stayed there until 1992.

In 1992 Jason went to work for Butcher Bob's Quality Meats which was then owned by his father, Robert Smith.

Jason started leasing the store from his father in 1999 and then later took over ownership of the business in 2001. The business was incorporated in June of 2001.
